What are the eligibility requirements for the Referral Program?
To qualify as a Referrer, you must:
Be a legal resident of the United States.
Be at least 18 years old.
Note: The program is strictly prohibited for minors. Individuals under 18 cannot participate under any circumstances.
How does the Referral Program work?
As valued customers, your recommendations matter most. When a friend purchases a qualifying ECOVACS product on the official U.S. website using your unique referral link, you’ll earn a reward.
What is the reward redemption process?
The system will:
Auto-notify you via email when a referral purchase occurs.
Verify eligibility within 30 days of the order date.
Confirm approval via email, followed by automatic reward distribution.
Why haven’t I received a reward notification?
Common reasons include:
✓ Friend did not use your referral link
✓ Friend blocked cookies from the referral link’s page
✓ Order cancellation by either party or due to risk control
✓ System review pending (allow 30 days)
If all criteria are met but no confirmation, contact support with your referral link and the order number.
How do I check my rewards?
Successful referrals: Click "My Rewards" on the referral page.
For assistance, please contact customer service.
When are rewards delivered?
Status updates:
"To be distributed": After your referee’s purchase.
Approval: Within 30 days post-purchase.
Deposit: Rewards auto-credit to your account upon approval.
The system will synchronize the progress of each stage via email.
Can program terms change?
ECOVACS reserves the right to:
Suspend/terminate the program at any time
Freeze accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or policy violations
Revoke rewards or adjust referral relationships at its discretion
