Ecovacs Robotics is looking for a talented Warehouse Supervisor who is experienced in 3PL Operations and Warehouse Managements. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, enhancing inventory control, fostering strong customer relationships, managing costs effectively, and continuously improving our processes through technology utilization.

Operational Leadership in 3PL management
- Day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee inbound and outbound processes, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. -
Inventory Control with 3PL
- Implementing and maintaining effective inventory control processes to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Manage execution in regular cycle counts and annual inventory audit and reconciling discrepancies promptly.
- Identify and implement Inventory Accuracy improvements opportunities with internal and external function teams. -
Customer Relationship Management
- Collaborate with Order Management Team and/or customers to understand customers’ specific logistics requirements and ensure the fulfillment of service level agreements.
- Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or issues related to warehouse operations. -
Cost Management
- Plan for warehousing cost aligning to business plan (e.g. budget and forecast).
- Regular monitoring and reporting on warehousing costs.
- Identify and implement cost improvement opportunities. -
Technology Utilization and Continuous Process Improvement
- Utilize Ecovacs ERP and leverage 3PL technology platforms to optimize warehouse processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. -
Performance Metrics
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve warehouse performance.
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Any tasks related to the business needs of operation
- Deep knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management within a 3PL environment (5 years min).
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, cost management and best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP preferred), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Preferred but not required: Mandarin reading, writing, and speaking.
