How to Place an Order?
Step 1
Choose the model you want.

“ADD TO CART” or “BUY NOW”
1. Click the “ADD TO CART” button on the left, you will see a popup with “GO TO CART” and “CHECKOUT” button.
1.1 Click the “GO TO CART” button, you can check all the products on the cart. If you want to change the quantity of the product, click on the “+/-“icon. If you want to remove the product from the shopping cart, just click on the dustbin icon. Click on the proceed to checkout icon, you will reach the payment page.
1.2 Click the checkout button, you can go to the payment page directly.
2. Click the “BUY NOW“ button on the right to the payment page.
Step 3
Complete the Payment
1. INFORMATION
1.1 Fill in the Shipping address and contact information. Remember to tick the privacy policy icon. Click “SAVE” to check your shipping address and select shipping method. (Currently ECOVACS official website only supports ground delivery and cooperates with DPD、HERMES ）
1.2 If you have a discount coupon code, enter coupon code in the “discount coupons” box, and then click “Apply” button. The Total price will be reduced if the coupon code is right. If the price does not change, please check the use rules for the coupon code and make sure that it applies to the product you want to purchase.
1.3 Remember to log in so that you can earn and redeem points on the order.
Important note:
If you are a new registered user, you can get 2500 points (100 points=£1). If you are existing registered users, you can redeem existing points for extra discount. (Click here to log in)
2. PAY
Select your payment method
Choose your preferred payment method, agree to the privacy statement, then click the “CHECKOUT” button to complete the order.
3. You will receive an order confirmation email after complete the payment.
